Outstanding breakfast with plenty of hot water available.
During my stay, the room was uncomfortably cold in the mornings, as the heating only operated during specific times. Although a portable heater was provided, it was ineffective in warming up the room adequately. I encountered issues with the shower. hot water was available only in the mornings, and later attempts to use it resulted in just lukewarm water after an extended wait.

The breakfast was out of this world, featuring fresh fruit and yogurt alongside a variety of cooked options that catered to dietary preferences. My king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The atmosphere created by Brian and Xia made me feel right at home, as they regularly checked in to ensure my stay was perfect.

Amazing stay with fab hosts!
Had a lovely 2-night stay here. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean. Brian and Xia were super welcoming, going out of their way for us. The breakfast was a feast, especially loved Xia's omelette! The only thing was parking was a bit tricky, but we managed. Nice picnic area outside too!

Brian and Xia made mornings special with their mouthwatering breakfast, especially the locally sourced bacon and the delicious mushroom omelet. A true home away from home!

I stayed in a Deluxe Single Room for 2 nights, and it was super cozy! The king-sized bed felt like a cloud. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the ensuite was lovely. Brian and Xia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the personalized touches like chocolates on the towels were really nice. Only downside was the heating. it could be a bit iffy in the mornings. a great place to unwind after exploring Llandudno!
